- No charge whatsoever is incurred if you cancel during the trial period
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Diners Club / JCB).
Payment Timing
- Billing begins on the day the free trial ends
- Thereafter the subscription renews automatically each month on the same date as the first billing date
Timing of Service Delivery
- The Service is available immediately after registration is completed
- The premium plan is available immediately after payment is confirmed
Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time from "Subscription management" on your account page
- After cancellation, premium features remain available until the end of the current subscription period
- No pro-rated refunds are given for cancellation partway through a subscription period
Returns and Refunds
Given the nature of digital content, refunds are not given as a rule. However, if the Service cannot be used on an ongoing basis due to a system failure or similar cause, we will respond on a case-by-case basis.
